For the standard black & silver electric golf trolleys manufactured in China. The controller box is found on the underneath of the main stem of the trolley. It contains the 'brains' of the trolley. Note, there are two styles. LED on the box - no LED on the box (most common).

The black cable from the trolley goes directly into the controller and terminates directly onto the PCB. At the opposite end of the PCB is an 8 pin white connector.

There are mainly two types of battery lead. The older style trolleys used the 'Horizontal' connector style. The newer trolley use the 'T' connector style.

These battery leads connect the battery to the trolley.They are approximately 25cms long with the red & black wires with the eyelit terminals to bolt onto the battery. The newer style 'T' connector lead has a built in 30A fuse holder.
